Our Process

We follow a step – by step process to build your dream building. Our entire process takes our customer through three main stages from where we develop an empty plot into a – well organized construction site equipped with experts who can build your dream building. First step is to get the briefing done based on what are the exact requirements and approve the document from the customer. The second phase involves presenting the sketches, live models, and other supportive documents to present the requirement into a design structure and get it approved by the client before we begin the actual building.

Engineering goes hand-in-hand with design, putting a practical lens on the architect’s vision and finding the best way to make it happen. With talented engineers, the project reaches a successful completion, and certainly reaches the standards of functionality and sustainability that the architect and client are seeking. Engineering is segment which includes the management and delivery of construction int total.

Construction involves a lot of processes as its individual elements. They are excavation, foundation, utilities, framing, roofing, weather resistance, water resistance, plumbing, mechanical and electrical works, air sealing, insulation, dry wall, siding, flooring, tiling, painting, shelving and final modifications needed if any. Engineering is done in conjunction with the design and then the construction works commence and followed through the above processes to give a completely finished building.

A very important phase in the life cycle of construction of a building. This process balances the key project constraints and provides a measurement for the completed building through stakeholder values, performance metrics, established procedures and project goals.
